The Clubhouse at Tonto Verde offers several exciting choices for your event. The Acacia Ballroom, The Kiva and a Multi-purpose Room are available year-round for private rental. The Mesquite Bar and Grill and Cimarron Dining Room are available for private functions during certain times seasonally. Room rental fees may be applicable if food & beverage minimums are not met.

Acacia Ballroom

Our ballroom is unlike your typical sparse room. It has a beautifully appointed wooden detailed ceiling and decorative iron chandeliers with views of Lake Verde and rolling greens.

The Kiva

Adjacent to the Acacia Ballroom is our beautifully appointed private dining room where Chef will customize a gastronomic extravaganza to tantalize even the most seasoned foodie. Outside a vertical trellis adds visual interest and provides a private area to enjoy cocktails before dinner.

Multi-purpose Room

The multi-purpose room is available for informal meetings or events. The room is outfitted with a mirrored wall and a utility room including a sink.

Mesquite Bar & Grill

Suspended wood trusses have been added for visual interest and to create a more intimate casual dining experience in the Grill. The Bar offers an interactive atmosphere with the use of televisions bar height seating.

Cimarron Dining Room

The Dining Room is enhanced by the warm wooden beamed ceiling, iron chandeliers, tin-punch pendant lighting and southwestern décor. The addition of a unique sliding glass door opens the window wall to a spectacular view on the covered patio.
