Welcome to Tonto Verde!
|
We are an active adult community
located just East of the North Scottsdale area along the lower Verde River valley,
surrounded by the Tonto National Forest and the Mazatzal and McDowell
Mountains…..360 degrees of natural vistas. Nestled along the Verde River,
the location is rich in history.

Listen to what some of the folks
out here have to say about the quality of living in the Emerald of the
Desert by reading some comments of our residents |
Come and enjoy our two championship
golf courses created by award winning designers Gary Panks and
David Graham. The courses integrate the natural landscape with outstanding
views of the surrounding mountains and are planned to be challenging
to the most elite golfers and at the same time truly enjoyable for
the more recreational players. Practice facilities include double driving
ranges, a large putting green, an expansive chipping green and sand
trap. Additionally we have an extraordinary 18-hole putting course
that winds around the lake and the clubhouse and provides many hours
of fun and competition for members and their families and guests.
|
The beautiful clubhouse at Tonto Verde is designed for
indoor and outdoor enjoyment with a floor plan that maximized sunset
views from the wrap around terraces. This 26,000 square foot masterpiece
is the centerpiece of a variety of community activities including both
formal and casual dining, card rooms, arts and crafts rooms, a fitness
center, a library and a huge swimming pool including a lap pool as well
as a spa.
