The average property tax in Tonto Verde is $2200 for a townhome and $3100 for a single family home.
Question: Is there a monthly minimum in the clubhouse?
No, there is no minimum.
Question: What other activities are available?
The question is…what isn’t available! There are so many member activities throughout the year such as: mah jong, bridge, jazzercise, poker, wine dinners, hiking, biking, pickle ball, themed dinners, bible study, book club, knitting, and fly fishing…the list goes on and on!
Question: Is Tennis and/or Pickleball available?
Yes. Rio Verde has tennis and pickleball courts with a special discounted price for Tonto Verde residents.
Question: Are there churches in the area?
Yes, Rio Verde Community Church just a mile up the road. There are many in Fountain Hills as well.
Question: What are the emergency services like?
As of November 1, 2010 Chief Bradbury has informed Tonto Verde that the contract between Rio Verde and Rural Metro is being reviewed by their lawyers. The Rio Verde Architect is currently working on the construction of the building to house the ambulance. The Fire District is also working on a 911 communication center here in Rio Verde. It will be a period of a few months to come to completion.
