An Amazing Group of Members

At Tonto we are passionate about golf which shows in the marvelous group of people that make up our club membership from all over the United States and Canada. We’ve created a sense of community like no other and truly enjoy playing golf with each other!

With 36 holes of spectacular golf, Tonto Verde is an exceptional value among comparable, high quality golf clubs. As of July 1st, members of Tonto Verde are now the proud owners of our two championship, debt-free golf courses! In order to stay debt-free, we are searching for more members! For the first time ever, we have created the Premier Membership Program, which offers lower initiation fees for new members. Click to learn more.

As a semi private golf club, each day one of our two courses is designated as the Member Course, enabling us to allow public play on the other course that day. By doing so, we are able to maintain lower membership dues and attract new members. As our membership grows, we will eventually eliminate outside play and become a member only club.

Drive Your Own Cart
Another unique difference at Tonto Verde:  as an added bonus you may use your own personal golf cart with no trail fee. Imagine the convenience of driving just minutes to the course in your own cart, equipped just for you! Plus traveling within the community in your golf cart makes a trip to dinner, the fitness center or a neighbor even that much more fun.

Unmatched Camaraderie
Besides open play at any time, there are groups and leagues for men and women, events for couples and travelling leagues that visit other courses. At Tonto Verde it’s easy to fit right in to the golf life. Whether you are a scratch golfer or a high handicapper, there are golf opportunities for everyone.

Ease of Playability
Booking a tee time is never a problem at Tonto Verde. Our members use ForeTees, an online booking system to book their tee times on both courses. We also promote and book all of our special men, women and couples events on ForeTees. Our members love the ease in selecting a tee time and the ability to add your name to an open slot when you are looking for a game. We certainly enjoy having a choice of two beautiful championship golf courses, and we respect the quality of our courses by helping to maintain the beauty of our fairways and greens. With 5 sets of tees, our members can choose the tee box that is appropriate for their level of play. We love and respect the game and are always mindful of pace of play for the enjoyment of all.
