Located just 10 minutes east of Troon and 15 minutes north of Fountain Hills, Tonto Verde is surrounded by breathtaking mountain views and offers a premiere golfing experience at an affordable rate. Owned by the Tonto Verde Golf Club members, we are debt-free and ready to accept new members!

Eagle Plan¹

· Initiation Fee - $20,000 Non-refundable.

· Unlimited golf with full Golf Club privileges.

· Tonto Verde Association Amenities (Fitness center, pool, clubhouse)

· Monthly dues are $680*.

· This membership is non-transferable.

· This membership may be upgraded to a Hole-In-One membership that is transferrable with a pass through sale.

Flex Plan¹

· Initiation Fee - $20,000 Non-refundable.

· Unlimited golf and full Golf Club privileges.

· Tonto Verde Association Amenities (Fitness center, pool, clubhouse)

· Must be converted to full dues paying status the later of the 65th Birthday of the oldest member or within 3 years after joining Tonto Verde Golf Club

· Flex Dues Options*:

Four weeks per year $1632*
Eight week per year $3672*
Twelve weeks per year $6120*

· Scheduled in 7-day increments starting any day of the week within the Tonto Verde Golf Club fiscal year of July 1 through June 30 of each year. The member will select dues option by October 1st and provide their schedule selection with full payment due no later than October 31st.

· This membership is non-transferable.

· This membership may be upgraded to a Hole-In-One membership that is transferrable with a pass through sale.

Non-Resident Plan

· Initiation Fee - $16,000 (80% of the Eagle Plan) Non-refundable.

· Unlimited golf and Golf Club privileges. Golf Only-No Tonto Verde Association services included (pool, fitness center, clubhouse).

· Monthly dues are $544*.

· This membership is non-transferable.

· This membership is not available to renters, current residents, or property owners of Tonto Verde or Rio Verde.

¹ Refundable Initiation Fee/Transferrable Plan available upon request. Eagle and Flex Memberships may be upgraded to Refundable and Transferrable within 24 months of purchase.

Hole-In-One Plan

· Initiation Fee - $40,000 refundable subject to Surrender List conditions.

· Unlimited golf with full Golf Club privileges.

· Tonto Verde Association Amenities (Fitness center, pool, clubhouse)

· Monthly dues are $680*.

· This membership is transferable with a pass through sale.

Champions’ Status Plan

· Special status for 15+ year members of Tonto Verde’s Golf Club.

· Eligible if the sum of the age of one spouse plus years of membership equals 98+

· Tonto Verde Association Amenities (Fitness center, pool, clubhouse)

· Monthly dues $476* - 70% of regular member dues

· Some tee time restrictions during Peak Season

Surviving Spouse Plan

· Current members of the Tonto Verde Golf Club may convert their membership following the death of their spouse.

· Monthly dues are $476* – 70% of regular member dues

· Must return to full paying dues when the surviving spouse designates a significant other to their membership.

The above are all “Regular” Memberships as described in the TVGC Bylaws with all the rights and responsibilities assigned to this class of membership.

Temporary Plan or One-Time Renters’ Plan

· There is no Initiation Fee

· Temporary membership for 1 to 6 contiguous months

· Tonto Verde Association Amenities (Fitness center, pool, clubhouse)

· Unlimited golf for 2 designated players who have not previously been members.

· This plan may only be purchased one time.

· Monthly dues are $1,650* and there are no voting rights.

· This membership may be converted to a regular membership. Conversion credit may be available.
