Pan-Seared Great Lakes Fillet. Topped with  Blue Crab, Asparagus, and Hollandaise. Served over Herb Roasted Potatoes.

Sunday, August 19
Italian Stuffed Meatloaf
Prosciutto Wrapped and Baked with Provolone, Mozzarella, and Basil. Served over Whipped Potatoes ,Green Beans, and Dark Gravy.
