With seating for over 75 on our patios, guests enjoy views of the mountains, lake, and our 18-hole natural grass putting course. The resident bald eagles enjoy flying by the lake on occasion. If your timing is right, you may catch them fishing for their next meal!
The Cimarron Dining Room offers diners a quieter, more elegant option, while enjoying the same menu. It showcases a warm, wooden beamed ceiling, iron chandeliers, soft lighting and cozy booths. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors open to an additional heated and covered patio.
Dining options include the Mesquite Bar & Grill with its open wood trusses and cozy booths, as well as outdoor dining terraces, all of which create a wonderful casual dining experience. The Mesquite Bar features a Happy Hour menu from
3 PM - 5 PM and complimentary snacks to enjoy.

Originally from Northern California's wine country, Chef Chris has traveled from Hawaii to Switzerland training and growing his food passion. After graduating from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco as the youngest student in their history, Chris surged forward to an apprentice program at The Kenwood Restaurant under the direct supervision of Chef/Owner Max Schacher. Chris attributes his entrepreneurial drive to Chef Max and Chef/Owner Michael Quigley of Cafe Lolo where he obtained his first kitchen position as a Chef.
